Tickets Return and Refund Policy

If you have purchased PSL 10 tickets and are wondering how to return them and get a refund, there are two conditions. If the match you bought the ticket is still scheduled to be played, you will not receive any refund for your ticket, even if it gets lost.

However, if you purchased a ticket for a match and it gets canceled for any reason, then PCB is obligated to refund your ticket amount. Now, let’s talk about how you can get your refund.

How to Get a Refund For the Cancelled Match?

If, for any reason, a PSL 10 match gets canceled, PCB is obligated to refund all tickets for that match. According to PCB’s policy, every ticket for a canceled match will be refunded.

Now, ticket holders have two options for purchasing tickets: either they buy them online or from TCS-selected outlets.

For TCS outlet purchase

If you bought the ticket from a TCS selected outlet, you need to bring the original ticket along with the CNIC and the name used for the purchase to the same outlet. You will receive a full refund for the ticket. Keep in mind that refunds must be claimed within 10 days of the match cancellation.

For online ticket purchases

If you purchased your PSL 10 tickets online and the match gets canceled, you don’t need to take any action. The refund will be automatically processed through the same payment gateway you used within 10 days. No extra steps are required.
